I'm generally quite flexible with check in unless there is someone the night before. So if you would like an early check in, please request this. ☀ Flexible check in with key collection via key safe in front of the building. ☀ Check out before 10am unless otherwise arranged. Again, I am generally quite flexible & if you would like a later check in & there is no one staying after you, please request this. ☀ I am happy to have bookings on the same day. However, please bear with me for a couple of hours for me to have the place cleaned & prepared prior to your check in. ☀ You will be provided with one set of keys (key & swipe). Please do not lose this as it will cost $200 for a replacement. ☀ Please do not lock yourself out of the unit. If I am around, I can easily let you in, however if I am not - I will need to pay my cleaner $50 to open the door for you (& that depends whether they are available). ☆★ DISCOUNTS A discount is available for any stay over 7 days.
