Really impressed with the place — super clean and felt like a 5-star hotel. They even had a towel swan set up, which my kid loved. The host included thoughtful extras like snacks, drinks, and even facial masks in the bathroom. It made the stay really comfortable. I’d definitely book again next time.

As always, John’s property is always consistent with what was described. Centrally located to trams and restaurants, close to Victoria market and Melbourne central. Property is clean and cozy, John’s platter of snacks was delightful for the kids. I will surely book on this property again!
